The PHCL is a non profit organization that relies on private and corporate donations. Fundraising events are held to benefit the Huguenot Children's Library. The money we raise funds capital improvements at the facility, supports children's programming, and is used to purchase books and materials. We gratefully acknowledge the wonderful support we have received to date.

Visit the Huguenot Children's Library with your family and friends and don't forget to bring your library card. The HCL is a part of the New Rochelle Public Library and borrowing privileges are available to anyone with a Westchester Libraries card. Play at the newly refurbished barrier-free playground in Jack's Friendship Garden. Attend the programs and events, too.
